We conduct our daily lives by responding to our perception of the world around us. Mindfulness based therapy is derived from the premise that clarity of our biased perceptions will result in the ability to more accurately respond to relationships, situations and events in our lives.

Mindfulness based therapy begins with identifying the origin of negative perceptions which may lead us to believe we are unlovable, make us feel rejected or leave us strongly seeking the approval of others. During mindfulness based therapy we gently encourage the examination of how our past experiences may have shaped our current perceptions in such a way that we are held back from fulfilling our greatest potential and cultivating the relationships we truly desire. Once a struggle is identified we can respond with clear, pure and accurate intent.
